Job Description

This role is responsible for all HR activities in Nigeria with a
focus on recruitment, programs and activities related to staffing
attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM as
in partnership with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical
skills to grow the business. This role may also be responsible
to ensure processes are consistent with the talents appropriate management controls or
initiation / maintenance of immigration status. Individuals in this role may also
be a team leader, give work instructions, guide employees on various
process and acting as point of escalation for team members.

Bachelor
At least 3 years experience in advising on the human resources policy and procedures
At least 3 years experience in Apply Knowledge of regulations / laws / integrity and ethics
At least 3 years experience in the implementation of programs and policies and HR strategies
At least 3 years experience in Apply basic knowledge of HR disciplines
At least 3 years experience in applying knowledge of HR strategy
English: Fluent

Preferred

At least 4 years experience in advising on human resources policies and procedures
At least 4 years experience in Apply Knowledge of regulations / laws / integrity and ethics
At least 4 years experience in the implementation of programs and policies and HR strategies
At least 4 years experience in Apply basic knowledge of HR disciplines
At least 4 years of experience in applying knowledge of HR strategy
