Finance Manager, Gender advisor and M & E Specialist job position today in an international NGO

A reputable international NGO which supports the building of electoral democracies with support from USAID seeks the services of the following:
A.      FINANCE MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
·         B. sc in Public Administration/Financial management
·         Not less than 10 years relevant work experience in the financial management and/or accounting field with at least 5 years in advising, implementing, developing strategic and operational plans and budgets in the field of electoral assistance for electoral management bodies
·         In-depth knowledge and experience with USAID financial management and reporting requirements
·         Strong project management skills including project reporting
·         Experience with USAID sub-granting / small grants procedures
·         Good oral and written communication skills
B.      M & E SPECIALIST
REQUIREMENTS
·          Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Politics, Development or related field, Master’s degree or PhD is preferable
·         Not less than 5 years experience in the monitoring and evaluation of international Democracy and Governance development project activities
·         Experience with drafting program implementation plans and performance monitoring plans and demonstrated capacity to implement M & E activities, conduct research, analyze data and manage databases
·         Experience with USAID, reporting, Regulations and procedures
·         Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
C.      GENDER ADVISOR
REQUIREMENTS
·         B. sc in Political Science or related field, Master’s degree preferred
·         At least 10 years experience in gender analysis and programming with a background in human rights and rights-based approach to development
·         Demonstrated experience working on projects promoting women’s participations in governance and elections and gender equity in Nigeria
·         Familiarity with USAID and other donor gender policies
·         Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
