Competencies

  • Answer telephone,screen and direct calls.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Cleaning of the office and providing requisite clerical support.
  • Direct persons to correct destination
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.

  • Prepare correspondence and documents.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years work experience – Core experience in sales of properties.
  • Graduate qualification in related discipline.
  • Ability to achieve sales target according to timeline.
  • Candidate must be able to make excellent sales presentation with PowerPoint.
  • Must have strong selling skills and a drive for selling.
  • Ability to prepare and execute sales action plan.
Job Title: Business Development/Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • Degree in relevant field
