Country finance manager – Libya
Requirement
Masters degree in finance or similar course
At least 3+years of working experience in financial management and
monitoring systems of a large development programs
Must be conversant with the aid system, and understanding of donor and
governmental requirements
Good spoken english language skills with good knowledge of microsoft
office and project management software

Renumeration: additional monthly living allowance include free food
and lodging provided at the organisation’s guesthouse/or housing
allowance (depending on contract length and country of assignment.
Transportation costs covered, including additional return ticket plus
luggage allowance
