Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Role Responsibilities

  • Working as first point of contact with customers when confirming orders placed.
  • Confirming all orders placed by customers and ensuring that all orders placed are received intact within the company delivery deadline.
  • CRM administration, Out of Stock product management and customer follow up management
  • Relationship management; merchant/ vendor support.
  • Working with the social media team to create and achieve a strong, active platform for customer help online.
  • Data administration and documentation.
  • Follow-up on customers’ with delivered item to encourage them place future orders, thus raising company’s achieved sales.
  • Customer Support; (Problem solving via phone calls, live chat administration, letter writing, tele-sales).
  • Upsell and cross sell of products when customer places order
