We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
- Respond to visitor’s inquiries and direct to concerned staff.
- Sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
- Greet, assist visitors and the general public.
- Perform other related duties as required by Team Leads and Talent and office resource
- Deliver excellent customer services, at all times.
- Make sure reception area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including all furniture, fittings and

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Social sciences
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Good communication skills and Interpersonal skills.

- Excellent customer service relation
- Minimum of 1 year experience of Managing front desk in a service environment, Call center or service shop experience
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a field that combines elements of multiple disciplines (technology, marketing, etc.)
