Job Description
Looking for a young vibrant friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team of customer care officers in delivering quality service to our customers.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to the following

  • · Welcomes and attends to customers and directs them to the registration desk when appropriate.
  • · Maintain and manage customer files and database, Logs customers’ complaints, and acts to ensure prompt resolution.
  • · Respond to customer enquiries over the phone
  • · Escalates major customer complaints that have not been resolved
  • · Maintains effective relationships with existing and potential customers in the most efficient and professional manner.
  • · Records and saves all relevant hard and electronic copies of customers’ files.
  • · Documents customer’s time in and time out and analyses them daily.
  • · Follow up on reports by ensuring that every film is printed, matched with their request forms and taken to the work station for reporting.
  • · All customers ‘request form for the previous day must be completed, labelled and folded appropriately.
  • · Ensures that customer’s that pick up their results fill the sign-out forms appropriately.
  • · Collates pending results by the close of business each day and ensure that these reports are attended at the start of business by the following day.

Job Description
Looking for a Senior accounts officer who has hand on experience using accounting applications and management accounts
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to the following

  • · Assists in preparation of monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports. Assist in providing follow-up and documentation of significant variance
  • · Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
  • · Monitors and reports on outstanding accounts
  • · Carries out approved financial transactions.
  • · Prepares accounts receivables and accounts payables ledgers.
  • · Prepares income statements and balance sheets
  • · Updates account payable ledgers for all client services, including payments to suppliers/vendors.
  • · Prepares periodic bank reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • · Prepares sales / lodgement reconciliation reports.
  • · Attends finance meetings and documents key information and decisions as required. Prepare debtors list and follow-up with the markets to get payment
  • · Maintains financial files and records.
  • · Acts to ensure that transactions are properly recorded and entered into relevant accounting application.
  • · Oversees the receipt of cash payments from customers, issues notification of payment and deposits cash in the bank on a daily basis.
  • · Prepares monthly payrolls and staff allowances/ benefit and ensures prompt payment of all salaries and allowances.
  • · Takes strict measures to ensure that all transactions and reports are transparent, accurate and timely.
