Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- The Customer Service Representative serves clients and customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Also the customer service representative attracts potential customers by answering difficult product and service questions and suggesting information about other preferred products and services.
- The customer service representative opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- The customer service representative maintains customer records by updating account information.
- The customer service representative resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
- The Customer Service Representative must possess skills like customer service, product information , quality focus, solutions to problems , market information, documentation ability, listening to people, phone and internet skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information , must be able to be multi tasked.
