We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • The General Manager is responsible for the actualization of branch sales target vis-à-vis company global target, directing and coordinating the activities of the entire business unit and ensuring profitability.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieving growth, hitting sales targets and overseeing daily operations of the business unit
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the region/territory; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
  • Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
  • Provide direct management of key functional executives in the business unit
  • Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Manage the personnel resources of the branch including performance reviews and future resources planning

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or any relevant field
