Job Title: Sales Representative
Locations: Anambra, Edo and Delta

Job Description

  • Ensures wholesales & retail customers in assigned open markets are served and our products are available & visible at the retail / wholesalers outlets in assigned open markets at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepares route plan & adhere to it strictly.
  • Develop & maintain customer list that capture Name, Contact Person, Address, and Phone Numbers of customers in assigned markets.
  • Sell company products to current & potential wholesale / retail outlets & customers.
  • Must be accountable of all the stocks in his/her custody
  • Report issues relating to / satisfaction of customers, & consumers in assigned markets.
  • Assist in the development (information generation) and implementation of marketing plans regarding his / her assigned territory.
  • Merchandise executes products display initiatives leading to the desired visibility for company brands in the retail outlets trade channels.
  • Must be able to drive and have a valid driving license

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of OND (any Discipline) qualification
  • Applicant must be fluent in English, language of Residence and Computer Literacy, with at least 2 years experience.

Job Title: Key Distributor Sales Executive – International Premium Spirits
Locations
: Anambra, Edo and Delta

Key Accountabilities

  • Customer Strategy and Business Plan
  • Ensure daily calls of 15 outlets (10 retail and 5 wholesale)
  • Ensure visibility and distribution of McDowells brands in called on outlets
  • Report market intelligence from outlets to his ASM
  • Management of KD sales team to achieve volume and distribution targets
  • Train and motivate KD sales team
  • Act as active ambassador to the company at the customer level.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum qualification of OND with minimum 1 year commercial expertise gained across Sales, managing Key distributors in the open market
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • High degree of integrity

Job Title: Key Accounts Merchandiser
Locations: Anambra, Edo and Delta

Key Accountabilities

  • Accelerate Key Accounts Sales Out:
    • Accelerate key accounts POP effectiveness to floor competition
    • Improve sales of all company’s brands in assigned outlets by 40% on previous record
  • Availability of Brands in Key Outlets:
    • Ensure availability of minimum 85% of designated SKUs in assigned outlet
    • Ensure OOS in top stores at 0% level
    • Ensure high visibility at magnitude minimum phasing per SKU is 3
  • Effective Reporting:
    • Timely Schedule of sales reports
    • Top outlets review -inventory report, weekly competitive report, Monthly sales projection

Job Title: DMS Operator
Locations:
 Anambra, Edo and Delta States.

Job Description

  • This role is instrumental to ensuring end-to-end inventory management across distributor warehouses.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure all DMS tools are in good working condition daily
  • Attend morning meeting to review DMS issues/opportunities with the team
  • Ensure all stock receipts are accurately captured in the System.
  • Allocates stock to all SFA mobile users mapped to the DB before 9 am daily.
  • Print day’s Opening Stock report and reconciles with the Warehouse Manager
  • Note stock variances at SKU level and sends reports reasons to GN team.
  • Ensure sales to Walk-in customers are entered individually into the system
  • Conducts End-of-Day stock reconciliation in the System for all SFA mobile users

Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • OND holder (Minimum)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Good understanding of basic stock management principles – layout/palletizing
  • Ability to manage people at Sales Reps level
  • Good communication skills – Written and Verbal

Job Description

  • This role is instrumental to ensuring Sales and Distribution targets of the company are achieved.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support VSR during merchandising while selling in outlets
  • Monitor outlet pricing and competition activities and report same to TM
  • Ensure VSR adhere to assigned JP
  • Manage an average of 10 VSR
  • Accompany VSR during Calls to maximize route effectiveness and efficiency
  • Ensure all brands/SKUs are loaded on VSR truck on time daily before trucking out.
  • Ensure VSR Sell all recommended SKUs in correct quantities to all outlets achieves volume target
  • Ensure VSR sells at the correct price to the outlet

Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • Ability to manage people at VSR level
  • Good communication skills – Written and Verbal
  • Ability to drive and must have valid drivers’ licence
  • Minimum of OND holder
  • Healthy and physically fit
  • Proven understanding of Selling (Understanding of DWS)
