We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Admin Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
- The Job holder will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate project activities and perform administrative functions concerned with the Project.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide day to day administrative and logistics assistance and support
- Prepare reports and provide accurate information as required
- Create and update work flows
- Organize meetings, take minutes and keep up to date records of vendors, contractors etc.
- Track project process and mange projects
Qualification and Experience
- B.Sc in Business Admin or related discipline
- Must have worked in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications including Project Management Software
