Owens and Xley Consults – Our client, is recruiting currently for suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR/ Office Admin

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • The HR/Admin Assistant will assist in carrying out HR related functions and administrative duties at Nellies.
  • Assist in maintaining staff movement tracker/ staff attendance register
  • Assist in creating and updating work schedules for Nellies staff
  • Assist in maintaining and updating all staff personnel files; using appropriate checklist to ensure complete documentation
  • Provide support for all recruitment activities within the unit
  • Provide support for all recruitment activities including advert drafting, collation of CV’s and organizing/ scheduling of interviews
  • Maintain a constantly updated CV database for easy retrieval of relevant CV’s when needed
  • Other ad-hoc duties that maybe assigned;

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates must have 1-2 years HR/Admin experience and must live on Lekki-Ajah axis.
