Preferred Candidates will be in charge of planning and executing digital (including email) marketing campaigns and design, Social Media Platforms handlers, maintain and supply content for the company’s website, develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for marketing aspects of item and app set-up, in addition to ongoing maintenance for all SKUs.
  • This individual will work within the company’s marketing team and manage numerous merchant and vendor accounts to ensure timelines and expectations are being met as it relates to product launches, marketing campaigns, and ongoing account management.
  • The ideal candidate must have 5+ years’ experience performing high-quality item setup with large online retailers, has an excellent track record for successfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and has a very strong background in Excel.
  • Responsibilities and Duties
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all assets are delivered by the deadline, including imagery, copy, pricing, and all necessary information for new and updated SKUs for, with shopping selling channels
  • Identify opportunities to expand and improve our online presence through item setup using existing strategies and native and third party apps within channels .
  • Manage numerous merchant and vendor relationships to ensure timelines and expectations are being met including site speed.
  • Improve item level data quality by implementing data audits to all categories by routinely cleaning up and removing.
  • Analyze site metrics, customer feedback, and other related data to identify opportunities to improve sales by working with marketing team to reach daily sales goals set by Marketing Manager
  • Perform in-depth product research online to create ongoing recommendations for improvement and continued growth
  • Negotiate trading terms and onboard new e-commerce partners and platforms

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management
  • Good Degree and other relevant certifications
  • Clear understanding and practical experience of online shopping platforms
  • Experience working with Vendor Central and Retail Analytics
  • Numbers driven, analytical with well-developed organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Shopify and in Excel [pivot tables, v-lookup, simple formula building, etc.
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data’
  • Basic knowledge of HTML preferred
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems
  • Basic knowledge of Skubana a plus

Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee a social media strategy
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website
  • Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
  • Arrange webinars and webcasts
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
  • Write copy for email marketing campaigns
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Engages the public through social media and ensure visitor flow to digital sites.
  • Analyze and report on visitor data and devise new ways to market products
  • Work on printed material to supplement online products
  • Attend product launches and networking events

Qualifications/Experience

  • A good First Degree in any discipline
  • Certification in social media marketing, Google and other relevant certifications is a must
  • Experience in graphic design is also key
  • 5 years cognate working experience as a digital marketer.

Key Skills/Competence:

  • Editing and writing skills
  • Candidate must be able to devise and edit content for various digital platforms.
  • Effective Communication skills: Candidate should be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is
  • Video editing skills: Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well
  • Web development skills: A sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, strong knowledge of search engine optimization and advanced Word and Powerpoint skill is required.
  • Project management skills: Candidate should be good at handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines
