Job Title: Public Health Officer (Health Practitioner)

  • Health counseling on cancer, High blood pressure, Arthritis, diabetes, HIV etc in schools, ministries, meeting groups, villages and churches, companies , police stations, etc.. Our organization offers you this opportunity to be trained and retrained as a Health Personnel & Nutritionist so has to carry out specific functions of providing health assistance and information to people.
  • Every Discipline can apply (you will trained regardless of your qualification)
  • Successful applicants will undergo a 2 months health care training on how to use health care facilities for the following test: BP, sugar test, BMI test, general body test etc.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must at least possess any of this qualifications; B. Sc, HND, NCE, ND, SSCE (at least 5 credit) in any discipline or field.
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability.

Salary
Minimum of 60,000 Naira (depending on your qualifications)

Job Title: Human Resource Officer (Recruitment Personnel)

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
  • You will be responsible for administrative tasks and contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ethics and reliability

Job Title: Staff Medical/Health Officer (Nurse)

Location: Anambra
Start Date: Immediately

General Responsibilities

  • The Staff Health Officer is the focal point for all matters relating to the health of the IIS.
  • Primarily an administrative support, s/he ensures the timely and accurate processing of the medical insurance of all resident staff.
  • S/He also champions healthcare in the workplace and promotes initiatives in line with the IIS Staff Health Center of Expertise’ projects and activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Explains and promotes understanding of the Staff Health Policy to all employees
  • Processes and reviews medical invoices for anonymization and approval of medical Expenses.
  • Participates and initiates staff activities that promote health, wellness and safety in the workplace
  • Provides emergency medical care and treatment to the staff including first aid, and dispensing of medicines.

Selection Requirements and Profile

  • Experience in health, stress management, medical evacuation is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Computer Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word in particular)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
