Job Title: Regulatory & Compliance Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with NAFDAC, PCN and other regulatory bodies
  • Oversee the implementation and roll out of the selected pharmacy dispensing software, a prerequisite for introduction of Pharmacy Services. Ensure all pharmacy staff are fully competent in its use
  • Coordinate the continuous professional development of pharmacists within the organisation, ensuring that they are up to date with the knowledge and skills required to deliver best practices in community and public health pharmacy
  • To ensure the appropriate licensing, marketing and legal compliance of cosmetics, pharmaceutical and medical products in order to control the safety and efficacy of products.
  • Responsible for completing reports and applying for any licenses required for operation.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations set by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology, Bio-chemistry or Micro-biology, with Minimum of 2  years’ experience in Pharmaceutical sector.
  • Master’s in Public Health is an added advantage

Job Title: Hospital Administrator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • To coordinate the actions of all departments and ensure they function as one, hospital administrators must hold a wide set of skills and knowledge.
  • Act as liaisons among governing boards, medical staff and department’s heads and patients.
  • Organize, direct, control and coordinate medical and health services in the organization
  • Plan budgets and set rates for health services
  • Develop procedures for quality assurance, patient services, medical treatments, department activities and public relations outreach.
  • Attend to patient’s payment plan before and after they see the doctor.

Person Specification

  • 3-4 years proven work experience as a Hospital Administration Manager, Medical Office Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry
