Job Title: Managed Service Project Operation Manager
Location:

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Customer satisfaction related to O&M services.
  • Management and upkeep of O&M KPIs for all the Company circles in customer account.
  • Compilation and Sign-off of O&M KPIs with Customers organization.
  • Single point Interface from account for engaging customers.
  • Interface with teams for managing customer expectations.
  • Over all responsible for Managed Services (O&M) performance, SLA and KPIs of the project.
  • Responsible for operations risk and cyber security management.
  • Maintain high level of customer relationship with Customer/Internal National Operations Team.
  • Overall responsible towards customer for O&M Service delivery as per target KPIs.
  • Process Audit & ensure Compliance.
  • Drive Improvement projects/ activities related to the project.
  • Regular KPI reviews with regions, and set long-term improvement plans and follow-up.
  • Regular customer meetings and national performance review.
  • Report to Project Director on any issue that could significantly impact the business

Education, Expereince and Skills

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering /IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum of Ten(10) years work experience in telco/IT industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of BSS area for Mobile Operator B2B and B2C products.
  • Knowledge of software development experience in one or more of the following areas: large-scale, mission-critical applications, Billing, CRM, Fulfilment, general large-scale system architecture, large-scale databases.
  • Understanding of eTOM and ITIL standards
  • Familiarity with Huawei software products will be an added advantage
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships and team environment
  • Ability to take initiatives and progressively assume increased responsibilities
  • Ability to share knowledge with other team members and colleagues.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environmen
  • Business-like presence and ability to interact professionally with customers at all organization levels.
  • Well-developed knowledge and understanding of the global telecommunications marketplace.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills.

Job Title: Senior Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as customer request interface and cover customer relationship.
  • Define end-to-end architecture of the Software solution.
  • Ensure that solution meets business goals set by customer.
  • Ensure solution integrity at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure that the selected solution architecture and development approach fit the budget and time constraints.
  • Enforce and follow implementation methodologies, propose industry best practices and guide customer to the best solutions.
  • Interact with product, support, consultancy and other teams to find best ways to address solution requirements.
  • Prepare proposals to enhance existing solutions, as well as technical part of RFx responses.
  • Lead the process of delivering high-quality product and architecture presentations and demonstrations.
  • Lead and present to customers and partners using knowledge of industry trends ,standards and common industry challenges coupled with Huawei solution knowledge.
  • Cooperate with account teams in ensuring customer satisfaction

Job Title: Back Office Senior Software Maintenance Engineer
Location
: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver projects including technical proposal output, network design, installation, system commissioning, integration, migration and troubleshooting.
  • Work as customer technical interface and build customer relationship.
  • Participate in or lead the rapid recovery of major issues of the project, problem location and regular reset.
  • Participate in cross-product network level accident / problem handling.
  • Participation or leading version, patch upgrade changes.
  • Participate in the new version of the product or platform to maintain design improvements, including but not limited to troubleshooting manuals, maintenance , Collection,  contingency plans and other maintenance delivery documents.
  • Participate in or take the lead in the business process of the network, improve and optimize the program to promote product diagnosis, monitoring, recovery and the continuous improvement of the quality of the version.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/ Computer Science / Computer Engineering /IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years work experience in telco/IT industry
  • In-depth the design and implementation of network protection / network analysis optimization / start / upgrade / cutover / relocation / expansion of a number of medium-sized projects / key offices
  • Knowledge of Operating system(Suse), IP network, Oracle, SQL, Shell script.
  • Understanding of eTOM and ITIL standards.
  • Hands on experience  with Huawei software products will be an added advantage.

Other Skills:
