Job Description

  • We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative who will support users of their platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to all enquiries from users via email, social media and live chat
  • Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Escalate thorny issues to the technical support team for fast resolution
  • Follow up with members of the technical support team on behalf of customers
  • Follow up with customers to assure them that their issue is being resolved
  • Maintain the self-serve Help Desk knowledge base.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have at least 2 years experience providing customer support for a tech platform
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to break down complex/ technical issues into simple English
  • Great attitude, patient, calm
  • Hardworking and self-driven
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
