Lawyer (Corper)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the legal process of the company.
  • Maintenance of the company’s statutory registers or books.
  • Review, advise and implement draft contracts and other legal documents under the direction of legal attorneys and submits same for revision and approval.
  • Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made is communicated to the relevant bodies/individuals.
  • Advise and ensure the company on complying with the applicable rules and regulations
  • Ensure proper the proper custody of the statutory and other books of the company
  • Liaise with the HR department to monitor and review the administration of the company’s policies and procedures
  • Co-ordinate the legal dimension and activities of the company.
  • Deals with legal correspondence collate information needed for company secretariat function and produce executive management reports as required.

Key Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor of Law Degree LLB and currently serving in  Lagos preference would be given to candidates that stay with Ajah axis.
  • Must have excellent communications skill
  • Must be a computer literate

They are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team; the ideal candidate would have strong writing skills and have experience in creating compelling content for social media, websites and email campaigns. This position will “own” many aspects of our digital marketing and implement all digital marketing strategies. We’re looking for someone who’s highly detail oriented, energetic, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for actively managing the organizations marketing campaigns on all online platforms including email campaigns,
  • Communicate campaign status updates in an effective and professional manner

Key Requirements

  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
