Summary of Job Responsibilities
- Receive and Schedule Customer Enquiries, Requests and Orders for Action
- Track Action on Enquiries, Requests and Orders and Provide Feedback to Customers
- Provide Assistance on Actions on Customers’ Orders and Repairs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience in related roles
- Excellent Spoken Communication and Presentable Appearance
- Excellent Telephone (calling and receiving) skills
- Excellent Customer reception and attendance skills
- Patient, Mannerly, Friendly, Hardworking, Organized and Serious-minded.
