Job Description / Requirement
- 2-3 years experienced customer care service officer needed
- Ability to relate to customers in a language they understand.
- Ability to know and introduce bank business to customers.
- Timeliness in terms of funds transfer on the NIBSS platform.
- Good appearance.
- Timeliness in crediting customers’ accounts with funds deposited into our correspondent banks
- Good customer relations.
- Timeliness in terms of account opening.
- Level of honesty
