Job Description / Requirement

  • 2-3 years experienced customer care service officer needed
  • Ability to relate to customers in a language they understand.
  • Ability to know and introduce bank business to customers.
  • Timeliness in terms of funds transfer on the NIBSS platform.
  • Good appearance.
  • Timeliness in crediting customers’ accounts with funds deposited into our correspondent banks
  • Good customer relations.
  • Timeliness in terms of account opening.
  • Level of honesty
